To strengthen this effort, we are looking for a Project Manager – Design to Value with a strong technical and stakeholder-driven mindset.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead Design-to-Value (DtV) projects focused on cost reduction and value improvement
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, manufacturing, quality, and suppliers
  • Help Identify cost-reduction opportunities across design, materials, processes, and specifications
  • Translate product and technical insights into concrete projects and savings initiatives
  • Drive projects from analysis through implementation and Launch
  • Work in an international environment with engineering teams in Germany and other Hunter Douglas companies
  • Monitor progress, risks, and results, and report clearly to stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Industrial Design, or a comparable technical field
  • 3–5 years of experience in project management, design-to-value, product engineering, or cost-driven improvement projects
  • Strong understanding of product development and manufacturing environments
  • Experience working with cross-functional and international teams
  • Structured, analytical, and results-oriented working style
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Good command of English
  • Dutch and/or German is a plus
