Lead end-to-end delivery for a strategic Nordic defence program — clear planning, strong governance, and stakeholder partnership, with stability and growth.
Job Responsibility
Own end-to-end delivery of the FST Gen engagement, ensuring structured planning, execution, governance, and successful outcomes
Develop and maintain clear project plans covering scope, milestones, dependencies, financial tracking, and resource allocation
Act as the primary delivery interface with the customer, providing structured reporting, expectation management, and clear escalation pathways
Ensure effective coordination between consultancy, implementation, and development teams, maintaining clear role boundaries and accountability
Establish and maintain predictable prioritisation across parallel workstreams, balancing delivery commitments with technical capacity
Monitor financial performance, supporting budget control, forecasting, and margin protection
Identify and manage risks proactively, implementing mitigation strategies to protect continuity and delivery stability
Support parallel initiatives within the Nordics portfolio, including feasibility and expansion activities, ensuring alignment without compromising core delivery
Contribute to strengthening delivery governance, frameworks, and best practices across the Nordics Defence business
Represent 4C professionally and exemplify disciplined, structured, and customer-focused programme leadership
Requirements
Demonstrable experience delivering complex projects within defence, security, or similarly regulated environments
Proven ownership of end-to-end delivery across consultancy, technical implementation, and development workstreams
Strong experience in structured project planning, coordination, and financial tracking
Experience acting as primary customer interface within long-term engagements
Ability to manage delivery risk and maintain predictable performance in high-volume environments
Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills, including engagement with senior stakeholders
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple parallel activities
Eligibility for relevant Swedish security clearance requirements
Nice to have
Experience working within Nordic defence organisations
Familiarity with training management, exercise management, or defence digital transformation initiatives
Experience operating within multi-year framework agreements or strategic defence programmes
Formal project management training or certification (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, Agile methodologies)
