This role sits within the Data and Intelligence Strategy Team, a team of dedicated programme and project managers focussed on delivering the Data & Intelligence Strategy. It sits within the wider Planning, Performance and Insights Service working closely with colleagues in the Data, Analysis & Insights and Performance & Improvement Teams. Due to the nature of the work, you will also collaborate closely with corporate change colleagues in the Transformation Team to ensure strong alignment with the corporate change management function.
Job Responsibility:
Manage key cultural, behavioural, and implementation activities that support successful adoption of the strategy across the organisation
Drive initiatives such as managing culture change projects (including our data champion network)

Deliver the rollout of strategic deliverables such as the Data Quality Framework
Requirements:
Experience of delivering data and intelligence related change projects
Confidence to engage and influence colleagues at all levels
Proactive and organised communicator
Ability to manage delivery of one or more projects at pace
Ability to coordinate stakeholders, produce clear project documentation, and develop supporting materials
Comfortable developing training and adoption plans
Self motivated and adaptable
