Job Responsibility

Assist with program governance and execution of best practices across the relevant global data domains with a key role in the creation of an operational model to ensure adherence to the CDGP
work in close partnership with the Global Functional heads, regional Data Governance Officers, Data Leads and Enterprise Data Office (EDO) to achieve adherence
help identify Ops owned Critical Data elements (CDE's) for process associated with in-scope Products/Processes and bring them under Governance
prepare project plan for assessing and completing CDGP adherence
create Ops Product scorecard and status report
responsible for the day to day management of executing to milestones and budget on multiple complex projects
assist with the facilitation, coordination, and arbitration of cross-functional macro level topics within/across projects and with Senior Management

Drive Standards and Best Practise: Adapt and customise global data governance and privacy standards for local markets to meet local regulations (DPDPA etc) and local marketing goals
Build a clear view of data ownership and lineage in the market, which clarifies the roles and responsibilities of data custodians, processors, analysts, advisors, users, and third-party providers
Work with global teams (Data Governance, Privacy) to create repeatable processes and tools which can be leveraged by other markets
Act as the champion for driving global capabilities and tools
Develop Privacy and Governance Controls: Demonstrate a working knowledge of DPDPA and GDPR
Plan, execute, and report on internal and external privacy audits
Analyse and evaluate new data processing activities from a privacy and data optimisation perspective
Determine specific technical controls required to protect data from accidental or deliberate misuse
Work with local data leaders to frame and shape a data strategy with specific inputs on governance controls
