Fugro is launching the Solab Onboard Tracker across all service lines of Marine Site Characterisation (MSC) and Marine Asset Integrity (MAI), and we’re looking for a driven Project Manager to lead a crucial data‑focused rollout phase. In this temporary 9–12‑month assignment, you take the lead in consolidating, cleaning, and standardising certification and training records worldwide, ensuring our teams are ready for the Certificate Module going live in Q4 2026. Job Responsibility:
Collect, consolidate, standardise, and cleanse certification and training data across all MSC and MAI locations, ensuring data privacy compliant compliant processes
Prepare validated data for upload into a central secure repository and align formats with Workday and Onboard Tracker requirements
Coordinate with HR teams, access managers, and technical teams to ensure system readiness for the MVP and future modules
Develop and manage the full project plan, timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies
Engage regional stakeholders to secure timely, accurate data inputs and maintain strong cross‑functional communication
Ensure a highly organised, independent approach to delivering a once‑off, large‑scale data preparation project
Requirements:
BSc. degree in Business Administration, Project Management, data Management or relevant discipline
Preferably hold a PMP, PRINCE2 or other project management certification
Experience managing operations and workforce planning in a geo-data discipline
Proven project management experience, ideally including data migration or digital system implementation
Strong understanding of workforce data, certification and training records, and familiarity with systems such as Workday (or similar HRIS)
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Highly organised, detail‑focused, and skilled in managing complex datasets across multiple regions, ensuring accuracy, compliance (incl. GDPR), and data quality
Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams (Operational Excellence, HR, IT) and manage project plans, risks, timelines, and deliverables
