Job Description:

The Chief Operating Office is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager & Data Analytics AVP to drive the execution of strategic and global cross-Markets projects. This pivotal role focuses on identifying innovative solutions to enhance business profitability, with a specific emphasis on collaborating with Markets products and clusters to reduce transaction and market data expense costs.

Job Responsibility:

Drive the execution of strategic and global cross-Markets projects
Identify innovative solutions to enhance business profitability
Collaborate with Markets products and clusters to reduce transaction and market data expense costs
Organize and manage weekly expense reviews
Partner with the People@Markets lead to focus on improving Voice of Employee scores within Markets
Lead the implementation of global strategic projects within Markets
Perform advanced data analytics to identify opportunities
Engage in critical negotiations with third parties
Present findings and strategies to Markets senior management

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field
Proven professional experience of 5+ years in a similar project management, data analytics, or strategic role within the financial services industry
3+ years of experience managing or participating in projects and teams within the finance and 2 years in a professional management role
Demonstrated excellence in negotiation with a proven track record of successful outcomes
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information effectively to senior audiences
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is essential
Understanding of data visualization tools like Power BI and programming languages like Python is a significant plus
Familiarity with the implementation and optimization of workflow automation tools such as Appian
