Job Responsibility

  • Planning project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning stakeholders deliverables
  • Accurately documenting and building and leading kickoff project meetings
  • Effectively coordinating Communications process (Meeting arrangements, creation of generic email addresses, live events communication) across workstreams and all stakeholders involved
  • Taking responsibility and accountability for high level & mid level plan preparation, Input delivery standards CutOver tool
  • Setting runbook standards (prepare format of runbook, explain it to Teams, identify person responsible for delivery and then secure delivery of run books on time and on quality)
  • Overseeing delivery monitoring (Live events reporting standards)
  • Designing workshop standards and guidelines, cutover & shit plans consistency check
  • Supporting migration events as Trial Migrations, Dress Rehearsal & Go live execution
  • Acting as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, helping to communicate technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree (or equivalent) in business administration, economics and/or similar from an accredited college or university (or equivalent)
  • Minimum of 2+ years experience in PMO/Project Management
  • Prior Migration left to right knowledge (ETLR)
  • Understanding of process lifecycle flows
  • Understanding of technical requirements to provision data and standard pathways
  • A project management approach to taking on tasks, completing them in a structured way with an eye to either automating or improving processes
  • Experience of working in an agile environment, practicing Scrum, Kanban, XP or SAFe
  • Understanding of client/user needs, business dynamics and key challenges and how these drive potential solutions
  • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and fast changing environments
  • Proven work experience as project manager, or equivalent position
  • Self-motivated with ability to work in virtual teams and matrix/global organizations including appreciation of different cultures during collaborating and sharing
