Job Description

Seeking a Construction Project Manager with an active security clearance and experience working on DOD construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience with a general contractor performing Tenant Fit Out/Improvements and SCIFs for government projects, including: Design-Build, General Contracting, Preconstruction, Self-Performance and subcontracting (Specialties), JOCs / IDIQs, Sustainable Design and Construction.

Job Responsibility

  • Supervise a wide range of construction projects from start to finish
  • Responsible for planning, schedule, adjustments, and maintaining timelines in a fast-paced construction/installation environment while maximizing resources and optimizing budgets
  • Responsible for documentation including implementation and maintenance of project construction schedule, submittals, change orders, purchase orders, subcontracts, and RFIs to ensure high quality of work at a job site

Requirements

  • Active US Government security clearance (Top Secret/Secret) is must to be considered for this role and also experience working on DOD sites where clearance/badging are required
  • Bachelor's in construction related field highly preferred
  • Working knowledge of Primavera P6 Schedule and Microsoft Office Suite
