Job Description:

Our client is seeking an experienced ICI Project Manager that has a strong background in managing large scale, new build commercial and/or institutional projects in the GTA. The Project Manager would be responsible for full cycle management from conception to completion. This is an office based position in the north Toronto area, with requirements to travel to site from time to time.

Job Responsibility:

Manage full cycle of project from conception to completion, while communicating progress to key Stakeholders
Management of scheduling, drawings, budget, change orders, and other components
Lead the project management team and effectively utilize and support each member
Coordinate effectively and efficiently with site team with strong communication
Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers, keeping the best interests of the company top of mind

Requirements:

10+ years of experience as an ICI Project Manager, managing institutional/commercial large scale, complex projects
Proven track record of managing projects on time and within budget
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Gold Seal Certified preferred
Experience in negotiation and project budgets
Knowledge of LEED certification
Proficient with construction software and tools

Nice to have:
