As a Project Manager at JLL, you will play a pivotal role for the Retail Construction Projects Team and will be directly responsible for supporting the delivery of challenging retail projects for a financial services client. Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
Minimum 4 years of experience in project management, preferably in real estate or construction industry
Proficiency in project management software including Microsoft Projects and Bluebeam
Strong knowledge of project management principles and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
Proven ability to lead and motivate project teams ensuring high levels of engagement and performance
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to travel for project-related meetings and site visits as needed
