A leading property and construction consultancy in London is looking for a Project Manager with strong commercial experience to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager who wants to deliver high-quality commercial projects while developing within a respected consultancy environment. The Project Manager will work across commercial office, landlord, occupier, refurbishment, and fit out projects, supporting clients from inception through to completion. This Project Manager role would suit a confident Project Manager with strong client-facing skills, commercial sector knowledge, and the ability to manage consultants, contractors, programmes, risks, and project reporting. The successful Project Manager will be joining a busy commercial team with a strong pipeline of London-based work. You must have prior construction consultancy experience as a Project Manager to be considered for this role.
Job Responsibility
Manage commercial construction and property projects across London, working with occupiers, landlords, investors, and wider professional teams
Responsible for programme management, consultant coordination, procurement support, contract administration, project reporting, risk management, chairing meetings, and contractor liaison
Support commercial fit out, refurbishment, and office projects, ensuring each scheme is delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard
Requirements
Prior experience working within a construction consultancy environment
Strong commercial project experience
Experience across offices, fit out, refurbishment, landlord, or occupier projects
A degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, or similar
