Project Manager Construction Consultancy

• Managing both cost and project delivery elements across multiple schemes
• leading procurement processes, including appointing main contractors and design teams
• taking ownership of tender documentation and evaluation
• chairing client and design team meetings
• administering contracts with a strong focus on JCT
• acting in an Employer’s Agent / Contract Administrator capacity where required

• 5+ years’ UK experience within a consultancy or client-side environment
• experience running tender processes and procuring both contractors and consultants
• strong working knowledge of JCT contracts
• relevant degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or similar preferred
• RICS accreditation not required
• proactive, adaptable, and confident leading meetings and driving projects forward
