A well-established construction consultancy based in Leeds is looking to appoint a Project Manager to join its growing project management team. This Project Manager opportunity offers the chance to work across a varied portfolio of projects, delivering schemes for both public and private sector clients throughout Yorkshire and the wider North of England. Job Responsibility
Acting as lead Project Manager across multiple projects
Managing projects through the full project lifecycle
Coordinating consultants, contractors and project stakeholders
Developing and maintaining project programmes
Managing project budgets, risks and reporting processes
Leading client meetings and project communications
Supporting procurement and tender activities
Monitoring project performance against key milestones
Ensuring effective project governance and delivery controls
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Requirements
Previous construction consultancy experience
Experience delivering projects through both pre and post-contract stages
A degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying or a related construction discipline
Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
Experience coordinating multidisciplinary project teams
Good commercial awareness and programme management capabilities
Experience working across multiple sectors would be advantageous
Chartered status or progression towards MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB or equivalent would be beneficial
A proactive and professional approach to project delivery
