Job Description:

A growing construction consultancy based in Birmingham is seeking a Project Manager to join their expanding team, delivering a diverse range of projects across multiple sectors. This Project Manager role offers the opportunity to work on a strong pipeline of schemes, providing full project lifecycle exposure. The successful Project Manager will join a collaborative and forward-thinking environment with a reputation for high-quality delivery.

Job Responsibility:

  • Managing projects from inception through to completion, ensuring delivery against programme, budget, and quality objectives
  • Coordinating multidisciplinary teams
  • Managing stakeholders
  • Overseeing procurement and contract administration
  • Leading client meetings
  • Providing regular reporting
  • Ensuring risks are effectively managed

Requirements:

  • Prior construction consultancy experience
  • Experience within a construction consultancy environment
  • Solid understanding of project delivery
  • Relevant degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline
  • Ideally working towards or have achieved professional accreditation (APM, RICS, CIOB)
  • Client-facing
  • Commercially aware
  • Confident managing stakeholders
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
