Job Description

A well-established construction consultancy in London is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager who is either newly Chartered or approaching Chartership to take the next step within a professional construction environment. The successful Project Manager will work on high-quality commercial office and hotel projects across the capital.

Job Responsibility

  • Deliver projects from feasibility through to completion
  • Manage stakeholders
  • Ensure delivery against programme, cost, and quality targets
  • Coordinate design teams
  • Lead meetings
  • Manage procurement
  • Administer JCT contracts
  • Oversee construction activities on site

Requirements

  • Degree in Construction Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, or a related discipline
  • Chartered (MRICS, MAPM) or working towards Chartership
  • Experience delivering commercial office and/or hotel projects
  • Commercially aware
  • Confident managing stakeholders
