Job Description:

A well-established construction consultancy in London is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager who is either newly Chartered or approaching Chartership to take the next step within a professional construction environment. The successful Project Manager will work on high-quality commercial office and hotel projects across the capital.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver projects from feasibility through to completion
Manage stakeholders
Ensure delivery against programme, cost, and quality targets
Coordinate design teams
Lead meetings
Manage procurement
Administer JCT contracts
Oversee construction activities on site

Requirements:

Degree in Construction Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, or a related discipline
Chartered (MRICS, MAPM) or working towards Chartership
Experience delivering commercial office and/or hotel projects
Commercially aware
Confident managing stakeholders
