This Project Manager position is ideally suited to someone living South of London, as the Project Manager will be required on site 2 days per week. The remaining time can be split between home and a South London office. Job Responsibility:
Delivering projects from inception through to completion, ensuring time, cost, and quality objectives are achieved
liaising with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
managing programmes and overseeing risk
attending site regularly in Southampton
providing consistent reporting to senior stakeholders
supporting procurement processes, contract administration, and project planning activities
managing multiple workstreams effectively
Requirements:
Prior experience within a construction consultancy environment
solid understanding of project delivery
hold, or be working towards, a relevant qualification such as a degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
progress toward or attainment of professional accreditation (e.g. RICS, APM, CIOB)
strong communication skills
comfortable travelling to Southampton regularly
