Project Manager Construction Consultancy

• Delivering projects from inception through to completion, ensuring time, cost, and quality objectives are achieved
• liaising with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
• managing programmes and overseeing risk
• attending site regularly in Southampton
• providing consistent reporting to senior stakeholders
• supporting procurement processes, contract administration, and project planning activities
• managing multiple workstreams effectively

• Prior experience within a construction consultancy environment
• solid understanding of project delivery
• hold, or be working towards, a relevant qualification such as a degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
• progress toward or attainment of professional accreditation (e.g. RICS, APM, CIOB)
• strong communication skills
• comfortable travelling to Southampton regularly
