Job Responsibility
Manage construction projects across Leeds and the wider Yorkshire region, supporting both pre-contract and post-contract stages
Responsible for programme management, consultant coordination, procurement support, risk tracking, reporting, chairing meetings, contract administration, and contractor liaison
Support clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring schemes are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard
Requirements
Prior experience working within a construction consultancy environment
Experience across commercial, residential, education, healthcare, public sector, or mixed-use projects
A degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, or similar
