Job Description

A leading construction consultancy in Leeds is looking for a Project Manager to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager with construction consultancy experience to work across a varied portfolio of high-quality projects while developing within a respected national business.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage construction projects across Leeds and the wider Yorkshire region, supporting both pre-contract and post-contract stages
  • Responsible for programme management, consultant coordination, procurement support, risk tracking, reporting, chairing meetings, contract administration, and contractor liaison
  • Support clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring schemes are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard

Requirements

  • Prior experience working within a construction consultancy environment
  • Experience across commercial, residential, education, healthcare, public sector, or mixed-use projects
  • A degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, or similar
  • MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB, or working towards
  • Good knowledge of JCT contracts
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills
  • A proactive and professional approach
