Job Responsibility
Managing residential and PBSA developments from inception through to completion
Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders
Coordinating multidisciplinary consultant teams
Managing project programmes, risks and reporting
Overseeing procurement and contract administration processes
Chairing project meetings and preparing client updates
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Ensuring projects are delivered in line with client objectives and industry best practice
Taking ownership of projects with a high degree of autonomy
Requirements
Experience working as a Project Manager or a strong Assistant Project Manager within a construction consultancy
Residential or PBSA project experience
Employer's Agent experience would be highly advantageous
Experience delivering projects through multiple project stages
Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
Degree qualified in Project Management, Construction Management or a related discipline
Working towards or keen to achieve MRICS, MAPM or MCIOB status
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Nice to have
