Project Manager Construction Consultancy

• Managing residential and PBSA developments from inception through to completion
• Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders
• Coordinating multidisciplinary consultant teams
• Managing project programmes, risks and reporting
• Overseeing procurement and contract administration processes
• Chairing project meetings and preparing client updates
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Ensuring projects are delivered in line with client objectives and industry best practice
• Taking ownership of projects with a high degree of autonomy

• Experience working as a Project Manager or a strong Assistant Project Manager within a construction consultancy
• Residential or PBSA project experience
• Employer's Agent experience would be highly advantageous
• Experience delivering projects through multiple project stages
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Degree qualified in Project Management, Construction Management or a related discipline
• Working towards or keen to achieve MRICS, MAPM or MCIOB status
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
