A well-established property and construction consultancy in Birmingham is looking for a Project Manager to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager with construction consultancy experience to work across varied residential, education, healthcare, and public sector projects. The Project Manager will support projects from inception through to completion, working closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and senior team members. This Project Manager role would suit a capable Project Manager who is organised, client-facing, and confident managing programmes, risks, reporting, and project delivery. The successful Project Manager will join a supportive team with a strong regional pipeline. You must have prior construction consultancy experience to be considered for this role.
Job Responsibility
Manage construction projects across Birmingham and the wider Midlands
Responsible for programme management, consultant coordination, procurement support, contract administration, risk tracking, reporting, chairing meetings, and contractor liaison
Support Employer’s Agent duties where required, helping to manage instructions, valuations, change control, progress updates, and handover processes
Requirements
Prior experience working within a construction consultancy environment
Experience across residential, education, healthcare, public sector, or mixed-use projects
A degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, or similar
