Job Responsibility:
Supporting and leading projects from inception through to completion across commercial, infrastructure, and public sector schemes
Managing programmes, coordinating consultants, and ensuring projects are delivered in line with client objectives
Assisting with procurement, contract administration, and risk management
Maintaining clear communication with stakeholders
Contributing to reporting and project planning activities
Requirements:
Prior construction consultancy experience
Relevant degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline
Working towards a professional qualification such as APM, RICS, or CIOB (ideal)
Strong organisational skills
Commercial awareness
Ability to manage multiple workstreams
Experience across commercial, infrastructure, or public sector projects (advantageous)
