Project Manager Construction Consultancy

• Support the delivery of construction and property projects across Liverpool and the wider North West
• Involved in project planning, programme management, consultant coordination, procurement support, risk tracking, reporting, chairing meetings, and liaising with contractors throughout the project lifecycle
• Support contract administration and Employer's Agent duties where required, helping to manage instructions, valuations, change control, progress reporting, and handover processes

• Prior experience working within a construction consultancy environment
• Experience as a Project Manager or a strong Assistant Project Manager ready to step up
• Project experience across commercial, residential, mixed-use, public sector, or development schemes
• A degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, or a similar construction-related subject
• MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB, or working towards a relevant professional qualification
• Good knowledge of JCT contracts and project delivery processes
• Employer's Agent experience would be beneficial
• Strong communication, organisation, and client-facing skills
• A proactive, professional, and commercially aware approach
