An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager to join a leading international property and construction consultancy based in London. This Project Manager position offers the chance to work on a diverse portfolio of commercial projects, supporting a wide range of occupier, investor and developer clients. The successful Project Manager will be given the autonomy to lead projects while benefiting from the support, resources and reputation of a highly regarded consultancy. With a strong pipeline of commercial work across office, mixed-use, industrial and wider real estate sectors, this consultancy continues to expand its project management offering. The incoming Project Manager will work closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams, delivering projects from inception through to completion. This Project Manager opportunity would suit an individual with strong commercial sector experience and a consultancy background. You must have prior construction consultancy experience to be considered for this role.
Job Responsibility
Managing projects through all RIBA stages from inception to completion
Acting as the key point of contact for clients and stakeholders
Developing and maintaining project programmes and reporting frameworks
Coordinating consultants, contractors and wider project teams
Monitoring project risks and implementing mitigation strategies
Managing procurement activities and contract administration processes
Chairing project meetings and producing client reports
Supporting the delivery of multiple commercial projects simultaneously
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Requirements
Experience working as a Project Manager within a construction consultancy
Strong commercial sector project experience
Proven ability to manage projects throughout the full project lifecycle
Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills
Strong communication, organisational and reporting abilities
Degree qualified in Project Management, Construction Management, Building Surveying or a related discipline
Working towards or holding a professional qualification such as MAPM, MRICS or MCIOB
Commercial awareness and the ability to manage multiple project priorities
