Job Description

As part of our Group PMO, you will lead cross-functional projects that shape how we operate commercially — from pricing and contracting to product lifecycle and customer processes. You will not only deliver projects — you will drive real business impact, standardisation, and long-term capability building across Faber.

Job Responsibility

  • Drive high-impact transformation
  • Lead strategic projects in areas such as: Pricing & contracting transformation, Product lifecycle & commercial standardisation, Customer service and operational improvements
  • Deliver initiatives that enable scalable growth and commercial discipline
  • Own end-to-end delivery
  • Manage projects from initiation to go-live
  • Define scope, timelines, resources, and milestones
  • Ensure delivery of measurable business outcomes
  • Create structure in complexity
  • Apply structured PMO methodologies and governance
  • Maintain clear reporting, planning, and risk management (RAID)
  • Navigate dependencies across systems, teams, and stakeholder
  • Lead stakeholders and decisions
  • Engage senior stakeholders and subject matter experts
  • Facilitate workshops, partake in steering committees, and decision-making
  • Translate strategy into execution

Requirements

  • Experience delivering cross-functional projects (commercial, digital, or operational)
  • Proven ability to manage complexity and drive results in a matrix organisation
  • Experience in commercial or operational environments (e.g. pricing, supply chain, customer processes)
  • Strong planning, organisation, and prioritisation
  • Stakeholder management at all levels (including senior leadership)
  • Structured problem-solving and decision-making
  • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced environments
  • Able to work under pressure and high change resilient mindset
  • Familiar with Agile, Waterfall, or Lean delivery approaches
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office
