At myPOS, the Project Manager - Commercial Projects & Sales Operations is responsible for leading cross-functional initiatives that improve operational efficiency and strengthen commercial performance. This role manages a mix of business optimization, commercial, and sales-related projects - including telesales / inside sales workflows and outsourced commercial initiatives - ensuring alignment between operational improvements and commercial goals. You will analyze processes, coordinate stakeholders across departments, and drive the successful implementation of tools, systems, and workflow enhancements that support both operational excellence and revenue growth.
Job Responsibility:
Lead commercial and sales optimization initiatives, including telesales and inside sales projects, and improve commercial processes
Drive business optimization projects to boost efficiency, operational excellence, and productivity across departments
Manage selected sales and commercial projects, ensuring alignment between operational improvements and revenue objectives
Analyze workflows, identify gaps, and design optimized solutions
Define business requirements, create project plans, and oversee implementation of tools and systems
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful delivery
Foster cross-functional alignment across Operations, Product, Finance, Marketing, Commercial, and Compliance
Monitor risks, budgets, and performance, ensuring timely and efficient execution
Conduct post-implementation reviews and champion continuous improvement through best practices and documentation
Champion continuous improvement by establishing best practices, documentation standards, and performance tracking methods
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in project management, business analysis, or process optimization
Proven track record in delivering transformation, optimization, or commercial/sales-focused projects
Hands-on experience with telesales, inside sales, or sales workflow initiatives
Ability to manage and coordinate projects involving outsourced vendors or external partners
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on actionable outcomes
Expertise in translating operational and commercial requirements into structured project plans
Experience working with diverse cross-functional teams, including Commercial stakeholders
Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex topics and presenting to senior leadership
Comfortable operating in agile, fast-paced environments with multiple concurrent projects
Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence
