Agile Project Manager for international Commercial/IT integration projects with a focus on Salesforce, Case Management, and Contact Center solutions. Coordinating multiple countries, teams, and external Vendors. The role is not technically hands-on, but requires a solid understanding of process and System integration.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage 3 parallel projects across multiple countries
  • Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, and shared resources
  • Prioritization, timeline management, and stakeholder management
  • Oversee integrations, rollouts, and enhancements
  • Support the automation of manual commercial/sales processes and ensure realization of savings
  • Work in an agile environment with Solution Architects and Product Owners

Requirements:

  • Strong project management experience (agile)
  • Commercial/sales process knowledge (Lead-to-Order, Case Management, Contact Center)
  • Experience with Salesforce and cloud integrations
