Our client has approached Randstad to help them develop their significant footprint further in Australia. They are very much a solid identity in NSW, with their head office in Sydney but they have just been awarded major projects now in other states, TAFE's / University's,and school infrastructure, as well as federal government defense projects. They are renowned for their consistent delivery, positive approach, and high staff retention level. People want to work for them, being reputable, established and financially buoyant with a full order book into 2028. The key to their success is their motivated staff, and therefore they are very selective with whom they employ and invest in. About the role As one of their Project Managers, you will be expected to take full ownership of the project. Programming is a key requirement of the role. As the successful Project Manager the role would suit someone who can comfortably perform on projects over $15 million AUD from a Commercial, Industrial or Civil Australian recognised builder. About the Projects They are very well known for building exceptional projects with a lot of mixed Industrial 'Tilt ups', and structural steel for manufacturing outlets, Warehouse’s, Storage facilities and University upgrades. For their commercial new build projects they run a lot of repeat client work for government projects that fall under GC21 contracts and DFAT. Ideally you will possess a pleasing portfolio working for Australian recognised Contractors and over 8 years experience working on similar build projects in Australia. Please note Project Managers for re-location will be required to do a police check before commencement. ...
