Job Responsibility:

  • Project Lifecycle Leadership: Lead commercial developments from the initial feasibility and site acquisition phase through design, construction, and final delivery
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the central hub for communication between architects, engineers, general contractors, and investors to ensure project alignment
  • Financial & Schedule Oversight: Manage multimillion-dollar budgets and aggressive timelines, implementing cost-control measures to prevent overruns
