Job Responsibility:
Lead the end-to-end execution of Civil and FRP packages, ensuring adherence to project timelines and technical specifications
Manage the project financial performance, including budget management, variations, and monthly reporting
Evaluate construction methodologies and designs to value engineer cost-saving opportunities and process efficiencies
Guide junior staff and site crews on civil drainage, bulk earthworks, and formwork construction
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project integration
Requirements:
Significant experience as a Project Manager within the Victorian civil construction industry
Comprehensive knowledge of civil drainage, earthworks, and formwork systems
Demonstrated ability to manage project margins and navigate complex commercial contracts
Strong professional communication skills with the ability to manage diverse project teams and client expectations
A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is essential
