Project Manager - Civil / FRP

• Lead the end-to-end execution of Civil and FRP packages, ensuring adherence to project timelines and technical specifications
• Manage the project financial performance, including budget management, variations, and monthly reporting
• Evaluate construction methodologies and designs to value engineer cost-saving opportunities and process efficiencies
• Guide junior staff and site crews on civil drainage, bulk earthworks, and formwork construction
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project integration

• Significant experience as a Project Manager within the Victorian civil construction industry
• Comprehensive knowledge of civil drainage, earthworks, and formwork systems
• Demonstrated ability to manage project margins and navigate complex commercial contracts
• Strong professional communication skills with the ability to manage diverse project teams and client expectations
• A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is essential
