We are hiring a marketing consultant for our client who is dedicated to delivering high-impact marketing solutions. We focus on effective project management, social media planning, and business development to drive client growth and brand presence.

Job Responsibility

  • Use Google Sheets to manage project timelines, deliverables, and deadlines, ensuring real-time visibility for all stakeholders
  • Implement structured project tracking in Google Sheets, including automation for status updates and deadline reminders
  • Maintain detailed project roadmaps, resource allocation, and timelines to align all initiatives with marketing goals
  • Identify potential project delays and proactively address bottlenecks to meet deadlines
  • Serve as the communication hub for project timelines, deliverables, and objectives, facilitating effective coordination across marketing, creative, and production teams
  • Organize and lead project kickoff meetings, milestone check-ins, and post-project evaluations to ensure alignment and successful outcomes
  • Provide timely updates on project progress to leadership and key stakeholders, highlighting successes and any areas needing attention
  • Support the marketing team by managing HubSpot for email marketing, reporting, and CRM functions, ensuring optimal campaign performance
  • Collaborate with creative teams to align on project vision and deliverables, ensuring that the technical and creative aspects work seamlessly together
  • Oversee the creation and implementation of project workflows that blend creative and technical elements, ensuring high standards in both areas
  • Continuously seek ways to improve workflow processes, with a focus on automating repetitive tasks and simplifying complex workflows
  • Monitor and adjust project management practices to optimize productivity and resource allocation across multiple projects
  • Leverage data insights from Google Sheets and other reporting tools to identify inefficiencies and drive improvements in project management
  • Define project scopes, goals, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Track project progress and resolve roadblocks to ensure timely completion

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years in project management with a strong focus on Google Sheets for project tracking and deadline management
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets or other Project Management tools for project tracking
  • Strong grasp of marketing technology
  • Ability to work on the creative side of marketing projects
  • Experience managing HubSpot for email marketing, reporting, and CRM functions
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Slack, or other collaboration platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Project Management, or relevant work experience
  • Bachelor's degree Computer Science and knowledge in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Proven experience in performance marketing, particularly with Google and Facebook platforms
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads Manager
  • At least 5 years of marketing department experience
  • Experience managing teams
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented and organized
