We are looking for a highly motivated Project Manager / Business Analyst to join our team in Cleveland, Ohio. This long-term contract position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to various IT and operational projects, including software implementations and enterprise-level initiatives. The ideal candidate will excel at managing tasks, ensuring project stability, and providing consistent processes across multiple initiatives.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and manage enterprise-level projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
  • Provide hands-on support for IT initiatives, including software implementations and operational improvements
  • Facilitate the completion of audiovisual refresh projects by coordinating resources and tracking progress
  • Establish and maintain consistent project tracking and structure using Smartsheet and other tools
  • Serve as a key point of contact for project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management or business analysis
