Job Description

ABOUT THE JOB Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to understand needs and propose suitable solutions Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications Conduct impact analysis and identify opportunities for process improvements Work closely with developers, QA teams, architects, and subject matter experts throughout the project lifecycle Support system design discussions and ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and stakeholder meetings Participate in testing activities, UAT support, and solution validation Monitor project progress and support successful project delivery Ensure documentation is maintained and updated throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, or Project Management professional
  • Strong experience in business requirement gathering and system analysis
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, architects, and business stakeholders
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into practical solutions
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Professional proficiency in spoken and written English
  • Experience within the Insurance industry is highly preferred
  • Knowledge of insurance products, policy administration, claims, underwriting, or related domains is a strong advantage

  • Contributing to positive patient experiences by showing empathy and genuine care: creating heartfelt and personalized moments while serving patients at pick-up, drive-thru, and over the phone
  • keeping patients healthy by offering immunizations and other services at the register and over the phone
  • and demonstrating compassionate care by solving or escalating patient problems
  • Offering to counsel, fielding medical questions, and soliciting information on a patient's medical history to provide optimal care, when appropriate under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist
  • Taking telephonic prescriptions from the prescriber, and calling the prescriber to clarify prescriptions or facilitate medication changes, where allowed by state regulation
  • Maintaining the highest level of self-awareness and providing in-the-moment coaching, training, and mentoring to pharmacy team members while sharing best practices
  • Completing basic inventory activities, as permitted by law, and as directed by the pharmacy leadership team, such as accurately putting away medication deliveries and completing cycle counts, returns-to-stocks, waiting bin inventories, etc.
