Job Description:

As Project Manager, you will lead a variety of high-impact projects, ranging from traditional on-site builds to innovative modular solutions. You will be the central point of contact, ensuring that quality, safety, and client expectations are exceeded at every milestone.

Job Responsibility:

  • Full Project Lifecycle: Manage the delivery of multiple projects from pre-construction and modular planning through to handover and defect liability
  • Strategic Leadership: Mentor and develop your project team, fostering a high-performance culture focused on professional growth
  • Operational Management: Ensure all builds comply with stringent building standards, detailed programs, and EHSQ requirements
  • Commercial Oversight: Take accountability for project financials, including budget management, cost reporting, and subcontract negotiations
  • Contractual Integrity: Lead tender interviews, let contracts, and manage head/sub-contractual requirements with precision

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager for a principal contractor
  • A background that spans new build construction and fit-out/refurbishment (Modular experience is a significant advantage)
  • A natural ability to lead and motivate teams, with a genuine care for the people you work with
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
