Our well-established Electrical Contracting business in Melbourne is experiencing a significant growth phase and is seeking a talented and experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our dynamic team. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality electrical installations across a diverse portfolio of commercial and industrial projects, with a growing focus on mission-critical infrastructure.

Job Responsibility

  • Successfully manage the delivery of multiple electrical projects concurrently, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, main contractors, suppliers, and internal technical teams
  • Oversee project budgets, procurement, variations, progress claims, and final account negotiation to maximize project profitability
  • Champion a strong safety culture and ensure all project work adheres to relevant Australian standards, OH&S legislation, and company safety procedures
  • Direct and supervise site foremen, electricians, and subcontractors, ensuring efficient labour allocation and on-site productivity
  • Manage the complexities of critical power infrastructure projects, including MV/LV distribution, UPS systems, standby generation, containment, and sophisticated control systems
