As Project Manager, you will hold the reins of diverse, high-value projects. This is a true end-to-end role where you will influence everything from the initial tender interview to the final handover. Job Responsibility:
Manage multiple projects from pre-construction and tender through to handover and defects
Act as a natural leader, driving the career development and performance of your project team
Take full responsibility for project budgets, detailed programming, and financial reporting
Lead tender interviews, negotiate subcontractor contracts, and manage head-contractual requirements
Ensure every build exceeds building standards and meets rigorous EHSQ requirements
Requirements:
Proven track record as a Project Manager for a Principal Contractor within the Australian market
Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or a related discipline
Experience across commercial, industrial, or institutional sectors is highly regarded
A motivator who cares for their team and knows how to drive performance through engagement
Strong skills in negotiation, contract letting, and budget management
