Job Description

Help shape the future of sustainable buildings. We’re looking for a Project Manager to join the BREEAM team, supporting the delivery of projects behind one of the world’s leading sustainability frameworks for the built environment. Working closely with the Senior Project Manager and Product Managers, you’ll plan and deliver key projects, coordinate virtual teams, and ensure initiatives stay on track from concept through to completion. Job Responsibility

  • Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines and deliverables
  • Coordinating and leading virtual project teams to ensure activities are delivered in line with agreed plans
  • Monitoring project progress, managing risks, issues and changes to maintain delivery and quality
  • Ensuring effective communication and coordination between stakeholders, teams and senior leadership
  • Tracking project performance and providing regular updates on progress, risks and key milestones
  • Supporting the alignment of multiple interconnected projects and business activities
  • Closing projects effectively, reviewing outcomes and capturing lessons learned to support continuous improvement
