Our entertainment studio client in Beverly Hills is seeking a Project Manager to join their brand partnerships team. This is a temporary / contract position. You will lead end-to-end delivery of custom activations and branded content; managing timelines, budgets, vendors and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution. As a key partner to Production and Content, you will align stakeholders, solve execution challenges and build scalable workflows. You will also support proactive ideation for tentpole and original content opportunities.
Job Responsibility
Own end-to-end execution
timelines, budgets, vendors and cross-functional delivery
Ensure seamless execution while resolving challenges and managing escalations
Build and refine workflows to improve efficiency and scalability
Partner with Content teams to translate programming into sellable opportunities
Track brand interest and manage brand-backed projects from greenlight to delivery
Evaluate concepts for feasibility, including budgets and timelines
Contribute to proactive ideation for key initiatives
Requirements
5+ years of experience in branded content, production, integrated marketing or creative development
Strong production knowledge, including workflows, budgets and vendor management
Proven ability to deliver projects from concept to execution
Excellent project management and communication skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented problem-solver
