The Project Manager – BPO will lead and coordinate regional initiatives to optimize business processes within the Supply Chain function. This role ensures seamless execution of ERP change requests, new product and offer launches, and continuous improvement projects, supporting operational excellence and sales growth while maintaining cost efficiency.
Job Responsibility:
Lead and coordinate regional ERP/LMS change request activities
Manage and support the launch of new products (e.g., Lenses, Complete Pairs) across the APAC region
Oversee the operational rollout of new commercial offers and flows
Identify opportunities for supply chain optimization
Lead and execute CI projects using Lean/Kaizen methodologies
Implement and track key process KPIs to drive continuous improvement
Monitor metrics such as: Backorder rate
Missing at picking
Offshore orders integration rate
Requirements:
3–5 years in project management, supply chain, or business process optimization
Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is preferred
Strong project management and organizational capabilities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Analytical and structured problem-solving mindset
Familiarity with Continuous Improvement tools (Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus
