  • Identify and manage cross project dependencies, collaborating closely with the Programme Manager and fellow Project Managers to maintain alignment across the organisation
  • Apply structured change, risk, and resource management, working with Engineering Managers and Product Owners to ensure your workstream remains stable and well-supported
  • Provide clear, timely communication and reporting on project status to your team and Delivery leadership, ensuring transparency at all levels
  • Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, ensuring their needs are understood, expectations are managed, and outcomes deliver value
  • Define and document strategies for managing third party relationships, maintaining strong partnerships with fast moving, high profile suppliers to support successful delivery

Requirements:

  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships both internally and with our 3rd party suppliers
  • A can-do attitude is a must, to keep our teams and suppliers moving in the right direction to succeed
  • Adept at working in a fast pace challenging environment whilst managing high expectations from internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent communications skills to provide timely updates on plans and execution to your stakeholders
  • Ability to use data and metrics to drive improvements from within, spotting trends early and removing impediments for your team(s)
  • Strong attention to detail
