Requirements

Associate degree in a technical field with a minimum of 2 years’ QC inspection experience in an ASME manufacturing environment preferred
A minimum of 5 years QC inspection experience in a manufacturing environment
or a comparable level or education and experience in a related technical field (subject to QA management review)
Formal training, experience, or certification in welding or weld inspection preferred
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
Ability to clearly and effectively communicate both verbally and in written form with all levels of personnel within the organization
Ability to perform simple algebraic, geometric and trigonometric calculations
Demonstrates strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to perform inspection, testing and documentation activities for multiple ongoing projects
Computer knowledge skills appropriate for position include Microsoft Word and Excel

Job Responsibility

Performs and documents general to specific inspection and test activities of product at various stages in the manufacturing process
Inspections and test activities are carried out in accordance with established procedures to support industry, Alfa Laval BHE, and customer specific quality requirements
Receipt inspection of incoming material and vendor fabricated components to verify compliance with purchase order requirements
Review Material Test Reports
Material identification and marking
Documentation of receipt inspection

Customer Advocacy Board: Partner with ABM to operationalize a Superside CAB. And PMM and TPD to drive customer reviews and help identify opportunities for customers to participate in marketing activities.
Subscription utilization programs: Build the systems that move customers from passive subscribers to active users — driving toward full utilization of their plan each month.
New feature education: Every major product release that Product Marketing launches— needs a customer-facing campaign that explains the what, why, and how.
Usage-triggered journeys: Partner with the lifecycle team to design automated journeys triggered by utilization signals.
