In this role, you will take ownership of a critical audit mission, ensuring that systems are not only functional today, but ready for tomorrow’s challenges. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a full technical audit of existing Java applications, guiding a multidisciplinary team, and delivering actionable recommendations that shape future architecture decisions.
Job Responsibility
Lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary team of 5 specialists, ensuring strong collaboration and shared focus
Plan, organise, and oversee all audit activities, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines
Analyse existing Java-based application architectures to identify weaknesses and areas for improvement
Conduct critical node analysis and assess system resilience across complex environments
Provide clear technical recommendations, including refactoring strategies or code replacement options
Manage the project budget, ensuring accurate tracking and financial control throughout the mission
Prepare and present structured weekly reports to stakeholders and senior leadership
Create clear documentation, including audit reports, progress summaries, and actionable insights
Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication
Requirements
Ambition to further develop your career in IT project management and Java architecture within the public sector
Proven experience in a similar senior project management or technical leadership role
Previous exposure to public sector or large-scale environments is an advantage
Your strengths include Java ecosystems, microservices architecture, and system resilience analysis
Working experience with tools and environments related to Java development and application analysis
Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills are essential in this role
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with diverse audiences
Ability to navigate complex environments involving multiple stakeholders and priorities
Fluent communication skills in French (C2 level required)
