Job Description

F&M Ingegneria is seeking a Project Manager Assistant to join its headquarters in Mirano (VE). The candidate will be responsible for supporting the Project Manager on international projects within the Infrastructure sector, while also collaborating with the design and modeling team.

Job Responsibility

  • Support the Project Manager in the ongoing management of each individual project
  • Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to timelines and technical compliance
  • Create and manage the document control system for project documentation
  • Verify the consistency of design drawings and documentation
  • Ensure that the issuance of documents aligns with schedules and contractual requirements
  • Support audits, project teams, contractors, and clients on all documentation-related matters, including preparing presentations to coordinate various inputs and update clients on the project's progress

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager Assistant on construction or infrastructure projects, in either the design or construction phase
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (knowledge of Power BI is a plus)
  • Good command of written and spoken English (B2 – C1)
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines
  • Good interpersonal skills
