Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field
  • At least 5-8 years of project management experience, ideally within healthcare IT
  • Proven track record in delivering healthcare application projects across clinical and operational domains
  • Strong understanding of clinical workflows, healthcare operations, and compliance standards
  • Familiarity with tools like monday.com and expertise in IT governance
  • Knowledge of EHR systems, revenue cycle processes, and application management
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining quality and stakeholder satisfaction
