Requirements

  • 5 years of project management experience, with a focus on application implementations (Salesforce, SAP, or similar)
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Asana)
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing client-facing projects
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience with risk management, issue resolution, and change management in an application implementation context
  • Basic understanding of business processes and how enterprise applications like Salesforce or SAP support these functions

Nice to have

  • PMP or similar project management certification is a plus

  • Coordinate with government stakeholders, partner organizations, and cross-functional teams to establish project objectives, responsibilities, timelines, and deliverables
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure successful project execution and mission outcomes
  • Facilitate collaboration across operational domains, including land, air, sea, space, cyber, and electromagnetic spectrum operations
