Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager and Senior Consultant to lead and deliver complex IT initiatives with precision and efficiency. This role requires a proactive individual skilled in Agile methodologies and project management practices to ensure successful execution and stakeholder satisfaction. Based in Edgewater, Florida, this position offers an opportunity to collaborate with diverse teams and drive impactful solutions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
  • Apply Agile Scrum methodologies to manage project cycles and improve efficiency
  • Utilize Atlassian Jira to track project progress, manage tasks, and maintain transparency
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain timelines and quality
  • Lead project meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and addressing any concerns
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices throughout project phases
  • Mentor team members on Agile practices and project management techniques
  • Prepare detailed reports and documentation to support project outcomes and future planning
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the project team

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in IT project management, with a strong understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies
  • PMP Certification or equivalent detail-oriented credentials
  • Proficiency in using Atlassian Jira for project tracking and task management
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage cross-functional teams effectively
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to address project challenges and risks
  • Ability to deliver projects on time while meeting quality standards
  • Knowledge of industry best practices in project and program management
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent detail-oriented experience

  • Project manage the Book of Work in relation to Risk Transformation in partnership with other Program Management leads, businesses and other functions, with best-in-class execution discipline
  • Provide on-the-ground support to help execution of the program
  • Monitor and track execution of the program and escalate program risks impacting project delivery to appropriate stakeholders
  • ensure mitigation strategies are developed and executed when necessary
  • Support adherence to program processes, procedures, methods, and standards for program delivery and leverage across the programs
  • Support the identification and drive resolution of issues, including those outside established projects of work
  • Collaborate with other Program Managers to action deliverables from reviews of each program’s defined scope, target state, and success criteria to ensure it fully addresses the letter and the spirit of the regulatory feedback, broader supervisory expectations and underlying issues and root causes, and is embedded in a broader strategic vision
  • Support all aspects of the project reporting including: RAG ratings, key performance indicators, status updates, adherence to dates and deliverables and quality of deliverables
  • Continuously ensure that programs have clearly identified the required roles and responsibilities and have appropriately identified, and are engaging, all relevant Citi stakeholders with appropriate accountability
