Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end product development for Data Center hardware (servers, storage, networking, power/cooling components). Coordinates engineering teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality hardware products on time and within budget.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage full product development lifecycle (concept → design → validation → production)
  • Lead cross-functional teams (Hardware, Mechanical, Firmware, Testing, Supply Chain)
  • Define scope, timelines, milestones, risks, and budgets
  • Coordinate with OEM/ODM partners and manufacturing suppliers
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO, IEC, UL, CE)
  • Oversee validation, EMC/thermal/mechanical testing, and product readiness

Requirements:

  • 5-10+ years in hardware or electromechanical product development
  • Strong knowledge of Data Center hardware (servers, racks, PDUs, cooling systems)
  • Solid understanding of electronics, mechanics, firmware interaction
  • Proven project management skills (Waterfall/Agile)
  • Experience with global suppliers and production processes
  • English (mandatory)
