Job Responsibility:

  • Analyzing business needs and translating them into clear, actionable tasks
  • Managing projects end-to-end: planning, task coordination and progress tracking
  • Combining and processing data from multiple sources: JSON, Excel
  • Ensuring quality through testing, data validation, and logic checks
  • Ability to manage your tasks and their execution efficiently
  • Actively participate in international exhibitions (e.g., Düsseldorf,Stuttgart, Birmingham, Barcelona, Paris, Warsaw )
  • Test applications and IT developments

Requirements:

  • You have 2-3 years of experience in project management (mostly IT related)
  • You're passionate about AI/Agent, understand the capabilities of LLMs, and know how to write effective prompts
  • You're comfortable working with data: Excel, JSON
  • You have basic knowledge of coding (variables, conditions, loop)
  • You can efficiently read and create documentation, and you enjoy simplifying complex processes
  • You're an active listener and ask solution-oriented questions
  • You're proactive, creative, and open to testing new approaches
  • You take ownership of your tasks and are fully engaged in your work
  • You communicate fluently in English (C1 level or higher)
  • You have a Master's degree in IT or a related field

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of the following technologies (Python, JS, PostGreSQL, MySQL, HTML)
  • Experience of the use of platforms such as (ClickUP/Monday.com/ Trello/Asana)
  • Experience in similar projects or camping/motorhome industry
  • Knowledge of German or French (at least B2 level)
