Job Description

We are currently seeking a Project Manager Advisor for the Office of Inclusion & Belonging to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN). Project Manager for the Office of Inclusion & Belonging (I&B). Hybrid or Remote. 8-10 years of project management experience and related tools. Responsible for planning, designing, executing and monitoring every aspect of projects and initiatives. Create and maintain project documentation, program operational documents and governance reports. Standardize practices and drive operational efficiency across I&B programs. Monitor/improve performance dashboards in alignment with strategic objectives. Strong Knowledge of and passion for I&B concepts and impact through KPI measurements. A self-starter with the ability to adapt, manage, prioritize, and multi-task on multiple concurrent projects with competing deadlines. Experience working and building relationships with clients and external stakeholders. Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills (verbal and written). HR background a plus.
