The PULSE Implementation team is an essential part of PULSE organization and one of the first opportunities to interact with our customers. Providing superior customer service, we assist financial institutions and Processors in implementing first class industry products to facilitate transactions with their customers. As a Principal Project Manager on our team, you will manage diverse customer projects from initiation to completion, providing product knowledge and high-quality project management practices. You will be considered the “Quarterback” that connects stakeholders and technical experts to align on requirements and timelines. Leveraging cross-functional teams, you will have knowledgeable professionals for collaboration and quick problem solving.

Job Responsibility:

  • Work on large and small scale projects that have a direct impact on the company
  • Drive projects based on defined priorities
  • ensure scope of deliverables, timelines and budget are met
  • identify risks and issues and mitigate and / or escalate as needed
  • Plan, design, manage and execute project plans to ensure delivery. This activity includes management through feasibility, design, planning and implementation
  • Leverage problem solving skills to ensure project plans deliver on intent and maintain key project documentation
  • Partner with project customers to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive project delivery
  • Forge relationships with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments
  • Identify ways to improve and streamline business process
  • Exhibit a proven track record of project management, bringing the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage the work
  • Demonstrate outstanding communication and partnership skills which are essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders across all levels to manage, inform, and influence outcomes
  • Demonstrate organizational agility to adapt to changing demands
  • Display strong consulting and collaboration skills

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
  • At least 5 Years Project Management experience

Nice to have:

  • Masters / MBA degree
  • At least 7 years of Project Management experience
  • PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong problem solving and influencing skills
  • Work experience achieving results
