Job Description:

Project Manager role responsible for managing the successful delivery of systemic projects including new Warehouse management rollouts, systemic integration with automation, and Warehouse Control Systems as part of CVS Health's Retail Supply Chain transformation.

Job Responsibility:

Lead large, matrixed implementation projects that will help to advance network strategy and modernization
Leverage strong project management skills to successfully deliver key initiatives against project metrics
Manage pilots and the evaluation process to support business cases for new and enhanced operating models
Support Supply Chain transformation efforts through data-driven decision making and business case development
Play a critical role in helping to streamline and standardize process and ways of working
Define scope of work, project plans, deliverables and timelines while also tracking projects to successful completion

Requirements:

3+ years Supply Chain knowledge and/or project management experience
3+ years delivering infrastructure or systems implementation projects
3+ years working with WMS or related enterprise software
3+ years leading cross-functional teams and delivering excellent results through partnership, communication, and collaboration
Travel 50%-75% to various DC sites and offices throughout the United States
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Nice to have:

Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects/workstreams, know when to adjust priorities, and remaining flexible when priorities shift, all while maintaining a positive attitude
PMP certification desired
Understanding of how to use MS Project Plan
Refined communication skills (clear and concise) across all levels of the organization
Ability to engage all audiences and encourage participation at various levels
Experience applying process improvement methodologies
Strong IT knowledge and eager to learn new skills
Organized, great follow-up/follow-through skills, and attention to details
