Job Description:

We are partnering with a leading cloud management enterprise in search of a highly organized Project Manager – Speaker Communications to support their speaker summit season across North America, Canada, and Latin America. This role will focus on speaker management and engagement for seven major summits, ensuring seamless communication, compliance, and coordination across thousands of speakers.

Job Responsibility:

Manage speaker alias inbox in Outlook, responding to inquiries and ensuring clear, professional communication
Draft and send speaker communication emails, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Oversee speaker audits to ensure compliance
Conduct "Know Before You Go" reviews for each Summit
Send post-event surveys and track responses
Transfer content into pre-built email templates to ensure consistency
Maintain and update the team Wiki with the latest speaker details and event updates
Utilize Cvent, Airtable, and Asana for content and project management

Requirements:

Strong project management background with 4-7 years of experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in event management, communications, or speaker coordination
Proficiency in Cvent, Airtable, and Asana
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
